First time with us? We will be happy to welcome you as a new customer and help you start cooperation.
Please reserve your equipment by e-mail at wypo@cukry.com.pl or by ordering them through our website.
Then you will receive from us by e-mail confirmation of equipment availability or suggestions for substitutes and rental conditions.
Do you need technical assistance or advice with completing your set? We will be happy to help – you can call us, write or come in person. We work 7 days a week from 8:00 to 21:00, but in demanding situations you can also count on us outside these hours.
To rent equipment without a refundable deposit, it is enough to meet one of these conditions:
1. Indicate another rental where the equipment was rented.
2. Refer to people who are our regular customers.
3. Rent the equipment together with an assistant. The assistant’s daily rate ranges from PLN 600 to PLN 1,000 net depending on the scope of duties and required experience. These are people who know our equipment well and guarantee calm and fast work on the set.
4. Send us a link to your portfolio or social media profiles that we can verify.
5. A deposit is usually not needed if you work for a large company that we know or a public entity (e.g. museum, school, ministry).
If you failed to meet these conditions, we will ask you to pay a refundable deposit of approx. 1/3 of the market value of the equipment. This is our security in the event of damage to the equipment or failure to return it on time. The rental fee and the deposit can be paid during pickup of the equipment in cash, by BLIK, card or bank transfer (however, it must be credited on our account). The deposit is returned using the same method that was used to pay. If the equipment is returned to us in one piece (or as many pieces as it was issued in), the deposit will be returned immediately.
New customers are asked to show two documents with a photo on site and payment for the rental during pickup or advance payment by bank transfer/BLIK/payment link/Paypal.
Thank you for reading this information to the end and we guarantee that with continued cooperation, we limit the formalities related to rentals to the necessary minimum.
